Terms & Conditions

1. The service
NEXATEL LLC ("we", "us", "our") operates opt-in SMS alert programs that send text messages about (a) job opportunities matching your preferences ("Mastech Jobs" alerts), (b) equity screening results and related market updates ("Iveda" alerts), and (c) consumer protection and fraud-prevention education ("Bridgeline" alerts). Messages are sent from our toll-free number, +1 (844) 398-8893.
2. Consent and opt-in
By checking the consent box on our subscription page and confirming via text message, you authorize NEXATEL LLC to send recurring automated or non-automated SMS alerts for the programs you select, to the mobile number you provide. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You must be the account holder of the mobile number or have the account holder's permission, and you must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your state).
3. Message frequency and cost
Message frequency varies by program and by activity — for example, when new job matches, screening results, or educational updates become available. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan. Check with your carrier for details.
4. Opting out and help
You may cancel at any time:
- To stop: reply STOP to any message. You will receive one final confirmation text and no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again.

5. Carriers
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier's network and your device.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, including providing a phone number you do not own or have permission to use, or using the service for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or terminate messaging to any number associated with abuse, fraud, or unlawful activity.
7. Changes to the service or these terms
We may change, suspend, or discontinue any alert program at any time. If we make material changes to these Terms & Conditions, we will post the updated version on this page with a revised effective date. Continued participation after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NEXATEL LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the SMS alert programs, including but not limited to missed alerts or delayed delivery. Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amounts you paid to us for the service, if any.
